Black Butte Ranch Residence
This property has northerly views of the golf course to the front, with a heavily-treed down-sloped area at the rear.
The clients wanted a casual, open plan which focused on the course, but with a useable outdoor deck facing south. Extra bedrooms are upstairs, along with a deck which affords a good overview of the course.
The exterior is essentially “traditional Black Butte Ranch” style, accented by more contemporary beam detailing.
