Working with Tetherow’s Sales Staff, we selected one of their largest and most challenging lots for our “prototype” home design. Although the homesite is about 10 feet above street level, it affords golf course views to the northwest, and national forest vistas to the west and southwest.
We designed a sprawling ranch-style home and casita on the upper level, with additional guest quarters, a game room, a media room, and an indoor pool at the lower level.
