This heavily-treed site is distinguished by an old-growth ponderosa, located approximately at the center of the proposed house footprint. An entry atrium was designed around the tree, framed on one side by an elegant two-storied dining room.
The client selected dynamic exterior earth-tone colors and materials which complement the lines of the home, while still meeting Sunriver’s somewhat “conservative” design standards.
