These clients requested a “gathering place,” with enough rooms and amenities to accommodate their family and friends. The gourmet kitchen on the main level opens to a two-story Great Room and dining area.
The upper level has a secondary family/sports room, and an overlook balcony with dramatic golf course views.
Our challenge was to design a large residence with an intimate feeling and lodge-style appearance, without dedicating large areas to circulation or “compartmentalized” spaces.
