This small, heavily-treed lot is subject to both maximum size and tree-removal restrictions. The owners were likewise reluctant to remove any more mature trees than necessary.
They wanted a small but “comfortable” single-story home with a generous indoor/outdoor entertaining area, focusing on the forest behind. The residence “winds around” large ponderosas on the property
Although the home appears much larger, it’s actually around 2200 sf - satisfying the owners’ desires as well as meeting the Community’s size limitations.
