Mount Bachelor Design Studio has designed two Tuscan-style house plans that have been approved for construction on the available Valley View lots.

Plan A has been designed for lots 2 and 3. Plan B has been designed for lot 1. Using these already-approved plans will facilitate the construction process, however, there is no requirement that these plans must be used.
